Exhibition Package & Cost
The exhibition opens at 2.30 pm on Friday 29 October and closes at 1.00pm on Saturday 30 October. Exhibitors may, if they prefer, attend the full Conference and leave their stand until the end of the event at 12 noon on Sunday 31st October.
- A 3m x 2m space only stand to include 1 table (including table cloth) and 2 chairs.
- Entry in event handbook, an A4, full colour brochure, issued to all event delegates, speakers and exhibitors, giving details about your company and the services you provide, including full colour logo and contact details.
- Company name and logo will appear on Exhibition website in exhibitor listing along with a free hyperlink to your own site.
- Delegates will be invited to arrange a one-to-one session with any of our exhibitors to discuss their products or services - your organisation will be included within this option and you will be informed of delegates who would like to arrange a meeting with you.
- One delegate bag handed out at exhibitor registration, to include a copy of complete delegate listing (including day delegates).
- Free Conference entry for 2 representatives. Entry applies to exhibition staff only and not other staff attending from your organisation.
- Complimentary teas and coffees throughout the Conference
- Complimentary 2 course buffet lunches for 2 representatives throughout the Conference
- Direct accessibility from car park to exhibition area for easy build-up and breakdown.
- The opportunity to purchase phone, wireless, fax and email facilities for your stand.
- Opportunity to book on-site hospitality services for on your stand or for entertaining clients.
- Provision of promotional copy and EVH Conference logo for use on your own website and marketing materials along with an electronic invitation for unlimited use for inviting your guests.

£300 + VAT (unmanned stands)
EVENING ENTERTAINMENT
Attendance at Evening Dinners and Entertainment can be purchased at a cost of £35.00 per head.
