Working closely with Local Housing Organisations to manage, maintain and improve homes, we've spent almost £1 billion on refurbishment and modernisation. As our mission statement – Better homes, better lives - states, bricks and mortar are only one part of the story.

Future plans will see tenants play a bigger role as a new GHA emerges and moves closer to tenants, communities and partners.

GHA works in partnership with others including the Scottish Government and Glasgow City Council to drive forward the building of hundreds of new homes - and to deliver real and lasting change across the city.

Stand 16 - Kingspan Solar - Renewable Energy for Life

Kingspan Solar Limited is part of the Kingspan Group. The company provides the commercial and domestic markets with a solar energy system that is custom made to suit the individual needs of each application.

Kingspan Solar puts significant emphasis on energy conservation and the development of environmentally-friendly solutions to generate DHW and home heating.

Stand tbc - Windoor

The enclosed balcony system by Windoor is a unique glazed balcony system that creates extra usable outside living space for flats or apartments, adding value to properties and lifestyles. Suitable for new-build or regeneration projects, the Windoor enclosed balcony is fundamental to any sustainable development project due to its energy saving properties and recyclable materials. The frameless panels allow natural light and ventilation to permeate the building. The enclosed balcony system also offers protection to the buildings façade from extreme weather conditions and pests, including pigeons. To the occupier it provides the benefit of increased security, a naturally heated sunspace and a reduction in noise pollution. A network of installers provides the complete solution from concept to completion.
