Exhibition Package Stands are £75 per sqm (plus VAT) and your package includes: - Open space stand to include one double power socket.
- Free 100 word entry in the conference materials, giving details about your company and the services you provide, including logo.
- Company name will appear on Conference website under exhibitors listing along with a free hyperlink to your own site.
- Company name will appear on monthly e-zine updating subscribers and visitors on the exhibition.
- Delegates will be invited to arrange a one-to-one session with any exhibitors that they want to discuss products or services with - your organisation will be included within this option and you will be informed of delegates that would like to arrange a meeting on your stand.
- One delegate bag handed out at exhibitor registration, to include a copy of complete delegate listing
- The opportunity to purchase phone, wireless, fax and email facilities for your stand.
- One standard trestle table and 2 chairs for your stand.
- Opportunity to book on-site hospitality services for your stand or for entertaining clients.
