From the moment you book your choice of Corporate Entertainment with us, we will be on hand to handle every aspect of organising your package to suit you and your guests. You will only ever deal with our Directors from day one, and our service includes:
- Tailoring the overall format of your package to suit any specific requirements you may have, ensuring absolute attention to detail and assured standards of quality
- Overall budgeting and cash flow guidelines with regular financial updates
- Taking you on a venue visit (where possible) prior to actual event date should you wish to familiarise yourself with location and layout
- Overall liaison with venue and all event suppliers prior to event including, contracts, itinerary synchronisation, insurances and health and safety regulations and security issues.
- Handling of all invoicing and payments
- Design, production and issue of all official invitations and letters of confirmation including all joining instructions and requests for guest information such as dietary or access requirements.
- Sole point of contact for all your guests should they have any queries or require any additional assistance prior to the event
- Two Directors from Big Bright Star on site with you 24 hours a day throughout your entire package, who will handle all venue and supplier liaison, ensure smooth running of daily itinerary, handle meet and greet and departure of your guests (if required) and provide ongoing guest welfare throughout the event.
- Handling of all post event enquiries from guests or suppliers.
