Big Bright Star's Fun Day's ensure there are activities and attractions that appeal to every age group from toddler to granny with an emphasis on fun that can be shared by parent and child together and that will be remembered long after the event.
We handle everything from choosing the right venue, either where you are based or in any area of Scotland you prefer, to devising and creating theme and ethos of your day right through to the full event management on-site.
ARRIVAL
To set the scene and create an air of excitement, on arrival your guests will be greeted by a 10ft characters who will assist throughout the day in directing guests to appropriate areas. We have a huge choice of characters including, Big Rory and Orchie the dog, Giant Seagulls, leopards, footballers………
The day can be compered by a VIP sports personality / celebrity or local radio DJ, who will introduce the day and relay key messages and keep everyone up to date with what is happening on the day.
ACTIVITIES CAN INCLUDE..
Temporary tattoo parlour appeals to toddlers and young children alike along with the zoo keeper and his mini zoo, who will keep children entertained with his Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Ducks, Mice, Snails and Creepy Crawlies! A Juggling workshop offers an interesting activity to the older child and teenager.
Human Table Football
An inflatable version of the popular pub table football game and is hilarious fun! Human players are attached by Velcro to plastic poles, which slide from side to side across a giant pitch with inflatable sides.
Gyroscopes
The brave one stands in Gyro, holds on, and then is spun by the kindly operator. The "one with no fear" can change direction by using body movements. The sense ofweightlessness is tremendous. Just like being in Star Wars!
Laser Quest
This truly impressive game can be played in teams or solo. Using laser guns equipped with the latest technology, players hit sensors on their opponents to eliminate them from the game and rack up points.

Budget creation
Creation of layout map of all attractions, entertainments and catering, sanitary and security logistics, transportation and storage access in relation to the site allocated
Negotiation with and contracting of all suppliers and venue for the event including, equipment, entertainers, caterers, sanitary facilities, utility supplies, insurance providers, security and transportation
Arrangement of volunteers, stewards, operations management and security for the event
Set up and layout of site day prior to event with layout maps being sent to all suppliers in advance
Arrangement of transportation to and from the event, if required, for all attendees
Set up of all attractions, catering on the morning of or day prior to the event
Management of all suppliers and entertainers on the day of the event via on site presence of Big Bright Star Staff and via radio communication links to all suppliers and security
Meet and greet of guests on arrival
Deal with all visitor / client enquiries throughout the day where necessary
Deal with all entertainers / supplier queries throughout the day
Ensure clean breakdown and get out of all suppliers / entertainers after the event to venue and client satisfaction
All this for 1000 guests for £25,000 + VAT.
